To apply:

1. Download and print this PDF application.
2. Bring your completed application to the Creeks of Hammond along with the following items,
   OR
   Mail your completed application along with the following items to:
   The Creeks Apartment Homes
   15015 Creeks Road
   Hammond, LA 70401
   NOTE - all money in the form of money orders only.
   

• $100 Application fee per apartment
• $1,000 Security Deposit
• Copy off your State I.D. or Driver's License.
• Copy of your most recent pay stub or Tax Forms, etc.

Qualifying Standards for the Creeks Apartment Homes

AGE	A person must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a lease agreement.
CREDIT	Must have acceptable credit history that is verified through the local credit bureau. No utilities such as Entergy or previous residents
EMPLOYMENT	Must be able to verify at least 6 months of employment by check stubs or W-2 only.
INCOME	Must make 3 times the rent.
RESIDENCE HISTORY	Must have left previous residence in good condition with a good payment history. No eviction or negative reference.
CONVICTIONS	Must have no felony convictions.

General Information about the Creeks of Hammond

LEASE TERMS	6 Months / 12 Months
APPLICATION FEE	100 per apartment.
UTILITY SERVICE	Must be Bellsouth for telephone service only. No independent companies. Must use Charter for cable service only.
PETS	NO PETS ALLOWED

The resident(s) is responsible for electricity, telephone, and cable television. The Creeks Apartment Homes is responsible for water, sewer and trash removal.
